1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Applicants under 18 are not eligible to participate.
2. Internship Nature and Compensation
- All SWIXXZ internships are unpaid and offered solely for educational and professional development purposes.
- Interns may, depending on their circumstances, receive academic credit through their educational institution or use their experience with SWIXXZ to develop and showcase their creative portfolio.
- Participation does not constitute employment and does not entitle interns to wages, benefits, or future employment with SWIXXZ or its affiliates.
3. Program Duration and Format
- The length and schedule of each internship will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on project needs.
- Internships may be performed in person, remotely, or through a hybrid structure, at SWIXXZ's discretion.
4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- Interns may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to participating in any projects.
- All materials, concepts, and information provided or created during the internship are considered confidential and proprietary to SWIXXZ.
- Any work performed or created in connection with the internship will be considered "work for hire" and the exclusive property of SWIXXZ, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
5. Submission of Information
By submitting your application and any accompanying materials (including personal information, resumes, portfolios, or creative work), you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are voluntarily providing this information to SWIXXZ.
- SWIXXZ may review, store, and internally share your materials for evaluation and communication purposes.
- SWIXXZ is not responsible for any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or third-party use of the materials or information submitted.
- You waive any claims related to the submission, storage, or use of your information.
6. Liability Waiver and Governing Law
- By submitting your application, you agree to waive any and all claims, actions, or legal proceedings against SWIXXZ, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and representatives, arising out of or related to your participation in the internship program, submission of information, or any resulting communications.
- This waiver applies worldwide and includes any claims under contract, tort, or other legal theory.
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Los Angeles County, California.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, including the waiver of liability and confidentiality provisions.
